🥳💥Congratulations 💥 to MIPCRC for having been granted The 2022 Age-Friendly Hong Kong Award Silver Prize by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service! 🎉

Aiming to provide direct information to carers, the elderly and the general public through various means, we are encouraged to know that the awareness of the elderly on the Three Instruments of Peace has increased. We feel so privileged to be awarded The 2022 Age-Friendly Hong Kong – Silver Award as it is an important recognition of our work efficacy. We shall continue to use our utmost efforts to provide relevant legal, medical and other related information to carers and professionals of mentally-incapacitated persons and the general public, with a view to enhance their awareness and understanding of key issues such as mental capacity and the operation of the Three Instruments of Peace.

    Together we fight Covid-19
    9th March, 2022
MIPCRC joined others in our community to fight the fifth wave of COVID-19.  We are grateful to have had the privilege of sourcing 2000 sets of Covid-19 rapid antigen test kits with funds received from our 2022 CNY Thanksgiving Fundraising Campaign and other supporters.  These kits were donated to four NGOs in early March, namely Haven of Hope Christian Service Enhanced Home Care and Community Care Services; Hong Chi Pinehill No.3 School; St James’ Settlement, and the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation.  We hope that the timely delivery of the kits has met their urgent needs and we look forward to bringing more relief to the public in combating the virus.  Heartfelt thanks to our donors and supporters of MIPCRC for making this happen.

15th Feb, 2022

The “MIP Care Resources Connect CNY Thanksgiving Fundraising Campaign” has successfully concluded. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all donors for their generous support. MIPCRC will continue to provide relevant service information to families and professionals of persons without mental capacity/decision-making ability, as well as continue to raise awareness of issues surrounding mental capacity within the community.

The members of the General Committee of MIPCRC wish you all a Joyful and Healthy Year of the Tiger.
About MIPCRC

MIP Care Resources Connect is a charitable organisation (IRD File No. 91/16692) established in 2018. The main objectives of MIPCRC are twofold: first, to provide information and resources to carers and professionals to mentally incapacitated persons via a web-based platform; and second, to promote awareness of issues surrounding mental capacity. As a carer charity in Hong Kong, we share a common vision of finding ways to support carers in their laborious routine of caring for family or friends who are mentally incapacitated.
