What are neurodevelopmental disorders?
The neurodevelopmental disorders are a group of conditions with onset in the developmental period (i.e. often before the child enters grade school), either due to abnormal brain development or by damage at an early age. The disorders are characterized by developmental deficits that produce impairments of personal, social, education, or occupational functioning.

About MIPCRC
MIP Care Resources Connect is a charitable organisation (IRD File No. 91/16692) established in 2018. The main objectives of MIPCRC are twofold: first, to provide information and resources to carers and professionals to mentally incapacitated persons via a web-based platform; and second, to promote awareness of issues surrounding mental capacity. As a charity focused on carers in Hong Kong, we share a common vision of finding ways to support carers in their difficult and laborious routine of caring for the mentally incapacitated.
